I was skeptical in the first session, and even complained that our meeting was taking me away from my "work".  But in the course of the session, I realized that I was doing a lot of tasks that my staff could handle.  I made one minor change to how we completed jobs that freed up nearly half my week to focus on the things that only I could do.  Shane also gave me some reading that helped "shift my paradigm".  By the second session I was seeing my business from a totally new and exciting perspective.  Shane really focused me in on what I needed to do to get more organized and systemized, and how to tap into my long-range goals for motivation and to keep me on the right track.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Shane Siegfried for well over a year now.    My first year with Shane in 2008 saw an explosive growth of 26% in gross income.  I'm looking forward to seeing such growth in 2009 with the implementation of many of the ideas that have been born through our interaction.

I have participated in both his individual coaching as well as his group classes and highly recommend both methods.  The individual weekly coaching sessions opened my eyes to my own potential as well as the potential of my business.  Shane is exemplary at pushing me to obtain the goals I have set, even when the going seems to be a little tough....and the goals a bit murky.  Individual coaching enables us to come up with a plan specific to my business while keeping me on track and accountable for doing the things I say I will do.  Bumps and detours in the road don't phase Shane as he continues to keep me focused on my overall plan and remind me that "course corrections" are normal and necessary.

Group classes have brought another dimension to my individual coaching that has really made me dig deep and take a closer look at where my business is heading.  I really enjoy the interaction and feedback of the group as they have a different view of my business and my strengths and weaknesses.  I have enjoyed seeing my own business growth in this group as well as the "ah-ha" moments of the other participants.  Participation in this group has been invaluable, and  I look forward to continuing with the next session.
